Klook.com offers a Price Guarantee. This means that if a customer finds a lower price for the same tour or activity in the same currency and notifies Klook within 48 hours of booking, or arrives at their destination and finds their booked tour or activity offered for a lower price, Klook will refund double the difference in the form of Klook Credits or refund the full price difference to the customer's card. The 'same tour or activity' means that all inclusions and itineraries must be the same as the activity booked from Klook. This includes currency, number of people, scheduling, operator, pick up locations, ticket usage, ticket validity, package booked, ticket type, instant or non-instant confirmation, etc. The product may be sold by another channel, however it must be the same product as offered by Klook.

For example, the cost of the Klook Pass Seoul is based on the number of attractions a customer wants to visit. The price of the pass starts at 44,000 KRW for 2 attractions and goes up to 87,000 KRW for 4 attractions. Another example is the Taoyuan Airport MRT ticket, which is priced at NT$140 for a one-way ticket and NT$268 for a return ticket. These are currently 20% extra off, priced at NT$120 / NT$240 respectively, plus customers get some free shopping vouchers.

Please note that Klook's Best Price Guarantee covers retail rates available to the general public. This does not include discounts a customer may receive from third-party organizations or special offers made as part of a membership program, corporate discount, promotion, group or rewards program. If a customer finds a cheaper price before arriving at their destination, they must notify Klook within 48 hours of their original booking, or have dated proof that the cheaper price was found within 48 hours of their original booking. Klook reserves the right to verify details of the lower price where possible, all refund decisions will be made at the sole discretion of Klook. Refunds of the price difference will be transacted to the credit card used in the original booking. If a customer used Klook credits or a promo code when making their booking, they will receive a refund of twice the difference from the original Klook price, not the discounted price.

To use Klook credits, one needs to have at least 10 Klook credits in their account. These credits can be applied as a discount on the current price of a booking. During the checkout process, under the "Discounts" section, there is a checkbox labeled "Klook Credits". By ticking this checkbox, the credits are applied to the booking. However, it's important to note that Klook credits cannot be used to purchase Klook Passes. Klook credits are earned when a user books and completes an activity, and there's also a chance to earn extra credits by leaving a review. Once 10 credits have been earned, they can be used to save on the next booking. Each credit is equivalent to 1 Hong Kong Dollar, but the value can change based on the exchange rate at the time of using the credits.

Yes, Klook does have a refund policy. The payment amount for each unit (i.e. Adult, Child, etc.) is listed in the booking details. The discount amount is also shown for any promo codes or credits used to book, and Klook will refund the discounted amounts per unit. However, any promo codes used can’t be returned to your account unless the promo code is from a Value Pack with a policy that allows the return of promo codes. For add-ons or other upgrades, you'll need to check its separate refund policy.

For activities that accept free cancellation, you can cancel the bookings directly if it is within the cancellation timeline, and a full refund will be issued. If it is out of the cancellation policy, a refund will not be provided.

You can get a full refund if you cancel less than 1 hour after booking confirmation until 2 days before departure. A 5% cancellation fee will apply if you cancel between 1 day to 1 hour before departure. A 10% cancellation fee will apply if you cancel less than 1 hour before departure.

You can pay for your booking on Klook using a credit/debit card, PayPal, or other local payment methods depending on your location.

To cancel or refund a booking, you need to check the cancellation policy of your activity. Some activities offer free cancellation, while others have a conditional or no cancellation policy. If your booking is eligible for cancellation, you can apply for a refund through your Klook account. If your activity has a no cancellation policy, no refunds will be provided.

If you haven't received your booking confirmation email, you can check the expected confirmation time on the activity page and your email spam/junk folder. If you're still unable to find your confirmation, you can reach out to Klook customer support.

For activities with instant confirmation, you will receive your booking confirmation email within 5 minutes of making your booking. For activities without instant confirmation, you will receive your booking confirmation within 24-48 hours of making your booking.
